Mynock steak

Mynock steak was a dish that the Human garbage collector Carl Ashon ate on a bet at some point prior to the Battle of Hoth. Ashon noted mentally that the steak had made him sick, but that he would have preferred that to the meal of orgo-protein that the Star Destroyer Avenger mess hall had served him.
