Phytosus moss was a type of photosynthetic moss native to the Mid Rim planet Goroth Prime. It was considered a delicacy to the Gorothites, the indigenous sentient species, who could smell the scent a ripe colony emitted from up to half a kilometer away. Like all Goroth mosses, phytosus moss was poisonous to off-worlders due to the small concentrations of hyperbarides absorbed by the moss from the rocks it grew on.
