Pirate brew was a green alcoholic beverage popular with the Weequay pirates of Hondo Ohnaka's Ohnaka Gang. During a banquet at their base on the planet Florrum celebrating the capture of Count Dooku, the pirates served this brew to the human Jedi Knights Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker in an attempt to drug them, but the Jedi used the Force to swap their drinks with those of a flanking Weequay and Kajain'sa'Nikto, who fell unconscious after imbibing.
