Poached gorg egg

A poached gorg egg was dish made from the eggs of gorgs, a species of amphibians native to the Outer Rim planet Tatooine.Poached gorg eggs were used to make "Hungry Hutt" breakfast sandwiches which were enjoyed by members of the Hutt species. The sandwiches included a poached gorg egg, Klatooine paddy frog sausage, and a slice of jerba cheese, all on a pedunkee mufkin. They were a breakfast favorite on Nar Shaddaa, a moon orbiting the Hutt homeworld of Nal Hutta within Hutt Space. The Besalisk chef Dexter Jettster also sold "Hungry Hutt" sandwiches at his restaurant, Dex's Diner, on the Core Worlds planet Coruscant.
