Poonten grass

Poonten grass was a type of grass. The enslaved child Anakin Skywalker had brown bedding, including his pillow, made with dried poonten grass. In 32 BBY, the bedding was in his home on Slave Quarters Row in the city of Mos Espa on the desert planet Tatooine when he brough the offworlders Padmé Amidala and R2-D2 into his bedroom to show off his protocol droid, C-3PO. When Skywalker later left Tatooine, he did not pack the bedding to take with him.
