Quartzlight was a delicate substance that could be woven into hair in string form. While in the San Tekka compound on the planet Naboo in 228 BBY, the San Tekka family attendant Ino'olo wore slender quartzlight strings in her elaborate hairstyle. Upon seeing Ino'olo in a hallway, a member of the family—Cair San Tekka—touched one of the strands, mentally reflecting that he had never adopted his family's affluent style while on Naboo in the past.
