The Quiet Return was a combat tactic employed by the Lost Tribe of Sith. It consisted of hiding when an opponent was expecting an attack until the opponent finally grew tired and less alert, and only then springing the ambush. The Sith utilized the tactic in 44 ABY inside the New Jedi Temple when the New Jedi Order attempted to drive the Sith out.
