Rippinnium was a form of explosive liquid metal fuel that was used in starship sublight engines. Equally energy-efficient and hazardous, it had to be kept between 76–120° standard to remain stable.
In 3 ABY, Kay Vess managed to find some Rippinnium laden fuel at Elvo Homestead on Tatooine. This special engine fuel left a trail of faded pink behind the Trailblazer.
