Roast shaak

Canon Linked from 1 article

Roast shaak was a dish created by roasting the meat of a shaak, a type of non-sentient grazer from the planet Naboo. The Artiodac chef Strono Tuggs mentioned the dish in his second cookbook, The Life Day Cookbook, which was released at some point after he published his first cookbook in 34 ABY. In the main courses section of the book, Tuggs claimed that Roasted Rootleaf, a vegetarian dish, could be carved up just like a roast shaak and served during Life Day festivities.
