Saava Snack

Saava Snacks were a type of sweet snack food made from the fruit of the saava plant native to the planet Kashyyyk. The saava was a parasitic carnivore, so harvesting its fruit in order to make the snack could be extremely dangerous. The Artiodac chef Strono Tuggs published a recipe for Saava Snacks in his second cookbook, The Life Day Cookbook, at some point after he published his first cookbook in 34 ABY. Tuggs claimed that everyone would savor the snack and that the fruit was so delectable that it was almost worth the risk of confronting a saava.
