Shroom steak was a type of steak made on the planet Drongar that was served in the chow hall of Republic Mobile Surgical Unit 7, a field hospital located on the planet during the Clone Wars. In the year 20 BBY, the Human Chief Surgeon Jos Vondar had a meal of shroom steaks and hawk-bat eggs in the chow hall, and found the steaks to be palatable since they were local.
