Sizhranian lettuce was a type of lettuce included in Xizor salad. The salad was served tossed with Hocekureem Sea salt croutons at the eatery known as Dex's Diner on the planet Coruscant prior to the diner's destruction during the first two years of the Galactic Empire's reign. The Besalisk owner of the diner, Dexter Jettster, described the lettuce as fresh in his menu.
