Skipper was a military title used in the Galactic Republic Navy and Separatist Droid Army. It also saw use as a leadership title akin to that of captain within pirate circles. During the operation on Hissrich, after AD-W4 rejected several other rank titles, he was once addressed as a skipper. A human going by the name Silvo acted as skipper and captain of a pirate crew until he was mutinied against by his First Mate, Brutus, after a failed raid, after which Brutus claimed the title of captain for himself.
