Spike-tongue succulents were a type of plant that featured thick, vivid purple leaves. During the High Republic Era, the library of the San Tekka manor on the planet Coruscant kept some of the plants. In 228 BBY, Jedi Master Avar Kriss visited the library, taking note of the vegetation there, including the spike-tongues.
