Starfruit creme liqueur was a drink served as a palate cleanser on the planet Alderaan at the launch of the repulsortrain Gem of Alderaan circa 17 BBY. The drink was made by blending Ithorian starfruit into a creme liqueur. It was potable by a variety of species, including Bothans, Cathar, Cereans, Duros, Herglics, Humans, Ithorians, Mon Calamari, Sullustans, Twi'leks, Wookiees, and Zeltrons.
