The sun apple was a fruit that could have a yellow coloration. It could be used to flavor shaved ice for consumption. A dessert stall in the town Ferdan on the planet Dalna in 382 BBY served such flavored ice and Jedi Padawan Kevmo Zink ordered some of this dessert to eat with the Evereni Marda Ro.
