Teltiar noodle

Teltiar noodles were a type of blue-colored noodle that were usually mushy and slightly cooked. They could also be served as a dish alongside vegetables; that dish was served lukewarm.

The noodles were used by the chef Gormaanda in her Glowblue Noodles and Chav recipe, which instructed cooking the pasta in ionized water per the reader's preference; she maintained that most preferred a softened texture, but some with more robust jaws chose for a more crunchy one. The recipe for teltiar noodles and chav served as an installment of Gormaanda's Culinary Corner, a column written by the chef and included in the CoCo District Edition of the HoloNet News as well as newsfeeds across the Galactic Republic in 22 BBY.
