Toniray Chardonnay was a type of toniray, a variety of wine originating on the Core Worlds planet Alderaan. In 34 ABY, long after the destruction of Alderaan in 1 BBY, it was served on board the MPO-1400 Purgill-class star cruiser Halcyon. The wine could be consumed by humans and was served on tap either by the glass or by the carafe in both the Sublight Lounge and the Crown of Corellia Dining Room, the latter of which served it during breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
