Unidentified Chommell sector bill

A bill passed many generations prior to the Clone Wars required that the planets of the Chommell sector aid the planet Naboo whenever deemed necessary, in return for Naboo having paid their colonization startup costs. The bill's continued existence came under contention in 22 BBY, with Representative Saché and her aide Tepoh working alongside Governor Kelma of the planet Karlinus to find a way to minimize the potential impacts the law could have going forward.
