Warrl

Warrl was a leafy plant native only to the Myyydril Caverns, a cave system within the Kkowir Forest on the Wookiee homeworld of Kashyyyk. The Myyydril tribe used it in their cooking, particularly in a drink known as Warrl Surprise. The plant was edible to many different species. Sometime after the Battle of Yavin during the Galactic Civil War between the Alliance to Restore the Republic and the Galactic Empire, a spacer, in an effort to gain the Myyydril tribe's trust, collected ten warrl leaves for a female tribesman named Kirrir, who worked at the small cantina within their village. Kirrir rewarded the spacer with a bottle of Warrl Surprise for the sentient's trouble.
