Wroshyr Bramble

Wroshyr Bramble was a type of vegetable casserole served as a vegetarian side dish that used the root tips of the wroshyr trees of the planet Kashyyyk. The dish was created by the Artiodac chef Strono Tuggs for his second cookbook, The Life Day Cookbook, which was published at some point after his first cookbook in 34 ABY.

Tuggs created the dish in order to incorporate the wroshyr tree into the book's collection of recipes as it was a central part of the Life Day festival. However, other than the sap, few parts of the tree were edible, so Tuggs spent a long time searching for a suitable part of the tree to use as an ingredient. He eventually identified the root tips as providing just the right amount of crunch and flavor for what he described as a "classic" casserole.
