Wuli nuts were a type of nut that could be cracked when ripe. They were used in a variety of foods to add flavor and texture and were light brown in color. Pulverized wuli nut were an ingredient in the Bestine threeberry pie. Around 0 BBY, Imperial admiral Conan Antonio Motti compared the ease with which the Death Star battle station could destroy planets to cracking ripe wuli nuts.
