A painting depicting the landscape of the Forest Moon of Endor was available in the galaxy sometime after the Battle of Yavin during the Galactic Civil War. Pfilbee Jhorn, custodian of the city of Bestine's Imperial garrison on the planet Tatooine, owned a copy of the painting, despite perceiving Endor as a horrible place and being unable to appreciate the art.
Jhorn gave a copy of the painting to an Imperial-aligned spacer after they eradicated pests around the city for him, such as womp rats and dune lizards.
