Only a Master of Evil

Only a Master of Evil is an article written by J.D. Wiker as a tie in to the Living Force campaign. It was published on the Wizards of the Coast website on March 18, 2004 and gave advice to gamemasters on how to create ongoing villains for their campaigns. Wiker discussed various forms these villains can take, from evil patrons, dupes, and pawns.
