Canon Linked from 6 articles
The painting of Duchess Satine Kryze was a Mandalorian cubist portrait of the planet Mandalore's leader Duchess Satine Kryze. The painting hung in the Grand Salon within the Sundari Royal Palace during the Clone Wars between the Galactic Republic and the Confederacy of Independent Systems. After the takeover of Mandalore by the renegade Sith Lord Maul in 19 BBY and Kryze's death, the painting was removed from the palace. By 2 BBY, the painting had been damaged and was part of a shrine Maul built within his lair on the planet Dathomir.
