Rebels Are Terrorists

Rebels Are Terrorists was an anti-rebel propaganda piece created by an unknown artist who possibly worked for COMPNOR or one of the Imperial propaganda bureaus. It depicted the shape of three X-Wings soaring above the shape of a city caught in an explosion in yellow and orange. The words "DO YOU THINK THEY WANT PEACE?" written in High Galactic were written above the three X-Wings, while "REBELS ARE TERRORISTS" were written in the same script, below the burning city.

The poster echoed Imperial claims that rebel cells were roving bands of outlaws who pillaged peaceful worlds. Saw Gerrera's Partisans and Cham Syndulla's Free Ryloth Movement, among others, struck at both military and nonmilitary targets, causing appalling collateral damage and political complications for the diplomatically-inclined Rebel Alliance.
