Space Battles

Space Battles was a magazine in circulation during the Clone Wars. Published by the Republic Naval Institute, it contained true accounts of historic space battles. Among the many posters featured in the starship of Clone Force 99, the Marauder, were the covers of two issues of Space Battles.

The first issue, which could also be seen in the clone trooper barracks on Fort Anaxes, featured a red background, with a squadron of BTL-B Y-wing starfighter/bombers led by Anakin Skywalker and Ahsoka Tano. In addition, the magazine issue featured two articles on its cover; "Enormous Corellian Star Destroyers" and "Destroyer Droids". The date June 14, 4012 also appeared on the cover. The second issue, featured a light blue background, with both a Providence-class Dreadnought and a Venator-class Star Destroyer on its cover. The headlines read "Jedi cruisers armament" and "Vulnerabilities of the Banking Clan frigate."
