Star Wars Data File

Star Wars Data File is a reference book released in 1997 by publisher Henderson Publishing, a subsidiaury of Dorling Kindersley. The book was part of Henderson Publishing's Funfax product line, a brand of ring-bound reference books aimed at young readers covering a variety of other topics and franchises. It was written by Lisa Telford. The ringbound book offers details about the characters, locations, and events featured in the Original trilogy, including detailed diagrams of many of the vehicles from the films. The book also featured interactive activities such as quizzes and crossword puzzles.

In 1999, after Henderson Publishing had been renamed Funfax Ltd. by parent company Dorling Kindersley, the book was reprinted with a new cover image under the title Star Wars: The Data File, although the actual content of the pages remained the same.
