Star Wars: The Sith and the Skywalker is the ninth story arc in the 2020 comic series Star Wars by Charles Soule, who described the story as critical to Luke Skywalker's growth between the events of Star Wars: Episode V The Empire Strikes Back and Star Wars: Episode VI Return of the Jedi. Set after series' eighth story arc, the Star Wars: Dark Droids crossover event, and following up on events set up by Star Wars issue 35, The Sith and the Skywalker begins with the events of Star Wars 42 and ends with the subsequent issue 43.
