The Military Creation Act was a propaganda poster by the Galactic Republic. It featured an unlit lightsaber in a dark area with the words to the left saying "The only thing between you" and to the right saying "and oblivion." At the bottom, it says "Vote Yes" with the words "The Military Creation Act" below that and the phrase "The committee for a safe and secure Republic" in Aurebesh.
