Utapau Surrenders was a painting created after 104 ABY that depicted the capitulation of the Outer Rim Territories planet Utapau to General Grievous—Supreme Commander of the Droid Army of the Confederacy of Independent Systems—during the Clone Wars between the Confederacy and the Galactic Republic. The painting was set inside one of Utapau's sinkholes, and its foreground depicted a red-robed Pau'an individual kneeling before Grievous and presenting him with a staff, with three additional similarly dressed figures standing a short distance behind. Also occupying the foreground was a humanoid individual ensnared in a leash held by one of Grievous's four arms. In the background stood hundreds more robed figures below a group of vulture droids flying out from the lowest of three core ships descending into the sinkhole.
