224th

The 224th was a unit of clone troopers within the Grand Army of the Republic at the beginning of the Clone Wars. Among their ranks were troopers known as the Mud Jumpers. In 22 BBY, the 224th was involved in a battle on the planet Mimban.

During the battle, the MudJumpers of the 224th received a shout-out from the Bettie-Bot host of a musical program on the HoloNet's Grand Army of the Republic broadcast channel. The shout-out, dedicating a song to the group, was heard by other clone troopers—Echo, Hevy, Fives, Nub, Droidbait and Cutup—stationed at a Republic listening post on the moon of the planet Rishi.
