The Chevin gangster Adamar Kirb established his own cartel on the moon Nar Shaddaa sometime before the Cold War between the Galactic Republic and the reconstituted Sith Empire. However, by the time of the Cold War, the cartel had broken apart into a number of smaller gangs, though its influence was still felt in the criminal underworld.
