The Alzarian monarchy ruled over the planet of Alzar. During the Imperial Period, the King was Gokus, with Prince Plooz being next in line. The monarchy faced the threat of General Sludd's attempted coup at some stage in the Imperial era, but was saved thanks to the efforts of Plooz and the diplomats C-3PO and R2-D2.
