Anoat dissidents

Several years before the Battle of Yavin, a group of anti-Galactic Empire dissidents established a secret base on the planet of Anoat. Although they were not affiliated with the Alliance to Restore the Republic, Tam Bastion thought that the dissidents would have joined the Alliance's cause eventually. However, the Imperial forces of the Anoat sector decided to gas the entire planet in an effort to get rid of the dissidents.

Years after the gassing, during the blockade, Tam Bastion tasked a young smuggler with collecting unclaimed resources that had been left behind after the disaster.
