Bioniip Laboratories, also known as Bioniip Co., was a manufacturer of biocomputer implants headquartered on Cloud City. The company had members in the Exex and was one of the leading voices in the body, alongside Treston Lines, Ltd. and Vew-Grek Holo Images, who called for Cloud City to declare its support for the Galactic Empire rather than maintain it neutrality. During the Galactic Civil War, Bioniip was co-opted by the experimental droid X0-X1 to create "Evolution Droids."
