Christophsis insurgents

The Christophsis insurgents were a rebel group based on the planet Christophsis, affiliated with the rebellion. In 3 BBY, they were involved in the theft of an Imperial medical frigate, with the assistance of the frigate's captain. They had the secret backing of many members of the Christophsian government, including the prime minister and the planet's senators, and were primarily based in the prime minister's home city of Tophen. When the Empire found out that the prime minister, senators and many other high government officials had supported the insurgents, it conducted a crackdown, arresting those government officials, executing the prime minister and "pacifying" Tophen.
