Clan Gedyc

Clan Gedyc was a Mandalorian clan. Following the rise of the peaceful New Mandalorian faction in the aftermath of the Mandalorian Excision, members of Clan Gedyc were divided in their support of the pacifist sect and the traditional warrior clans.

By 19 BBY, Lorka Gedyc had ascended to the head of Death Watch, a radical Mandalorian splinter faction that dreamed of the return of the Mandalorians' ancient conqueror ways. Under Lorka Gedyc's leadership, Death Watch allied with the newly-risen Galactic Empire, aiding the Imperials' efforts to establish a garrisoned presence on the Mandalorian homeworld of Mandalore.
