The Contraband Resale Corporation was a premier supplier of weapons, transportation, armor, and equipment during the time of the Old Republic. During the blockade of the planet Makeb following its seizure by the Hutts, the Hutt Cartel found itself with innumerable amounts of embargoed goods. The corporation was formed to catalog and sell these surplus items to the galactic community.
