Cyphar government

The Cyphar government was a government on the planet Cyphar. During the rule of the Galactic Empire, a group of humans contacted Nevil Cygni for aide after claiming that they were being pressured between the Afe clan and the Cyphar government. When Cygni discovered that the humans were actually spice smugglers, Cygni continued to work for them under false pretenses in hopes that Commander Thrawn of the Imperial Navy would notice and end the incident.
