Dantooine base sabacc league

A sabacc league was held at the rebel base on Dantooine prior to the Galactic Civil War. Rebel pilots from multiple Alliance starfighter squadrons participated, competing against one another in sabacc.

Matches were played individually, but squadrons were also ranked based on their performance. A droid tracked scores and handled the league's administration. Instead of gambling for currency, pilots played for drinks. Individual winners were owed a drink on their next leave, while the top-ranked squadron earned first access to the bar.

Pilot Tivon Krew, a participant in the league, was later interviewed by historian Arhul Hextrophon for the New Republic Heritage Division.
