The Imperial Agricultural Collective was an Imperial government department that operated on the planet Lothal. Beck Ollet's parents sold their family orchard in the Westhills to the Collective in return for receiving a premium which allowed them to resettle in Lothal's Capital City. While his parents accepted the offer, Beck was unhappy with the Empire for turning his family's orchard into a mines.
