Imperial Non-human Relations was an organization in the reconstituted Sith Empire under the Sphere of Expansion and Diplomacy that oversaw the Empire's relationships with alien species. Commander Byten was an officer in the organization, and was tasked with freeing the Cathar prince Shange from imprisonment on Belsavis in order to sow chaos among the Republic-loyal Cathar species.
