Perlemian Cartel

The Perlemian Cartel was a crime syndicate active in the Outer Rim Territories. The Cartel controlled multiple star systems by the time of the Clone Wars fought between the Galactic Republic and the Confederacy of Independent Systems, which marked worlds as neutral during the conflict.

By the reign of the Galactic Empire, the Zabrak bounty hunter Jas Emari had tracked down the Imperial money lender Arsin Crassus several months after the Battle of Endor, she had earned a name with the Cartel and several other criminal syndicates in the Outer Rim.
