The Razzi Syndicate was a criminal syndicate and crime family run by the crime lord and bounty hunter Latts Razzi during the Imperial Era. Members of the syndicate bore designations consisting of their role and a number, such as Prowling Thug 36, the Esoomain brawler Bumblethunk, or Pickpocket 8, the Rybet thief "Sticky Fingers." Razzi was assisted by a submister, with the Adarian Twirm holding the role at the time that the book that would become known as the Smuggler's Guide fell into the syndicate's possession after "Sticky Fingers" lifted it from the gambler Landonis Calrissian after he was beaten up by Bumblethunk.
At some point Cynabar's InfoNet mentioned that Pyke Syndicate was tearing down smaller criminal organizations in its bid to become the galaxy's sole spice dealer, with insiders predicting Razzi Syndicate was going to be next. Cynabar's analysts were doubtful that her syndicate would survive this.
Crimson Dawn conducted a raid on one of Razzi warehouses around 10 BBY. In the aftermath of the raid, stolen cargo; consisting of HK8 Sawtooth blaster pistols, several fake Kitel Phard vases, 50 kg of low-grade spice in Weequay religious spherical objects, disassembled HK-model gladiator droids bearing Grakkus medallions, and two mummified Tuk'ata specimens, was received by a rival syndicate Crimson Dawn by Dryden Vos including the Smuggler's Guide, which had also been acquired in the raid.
