The Reformists were a faction that existed within the Galactic Senate during the latter years of the Galactic Republic. The designs of the senator Ranulph Tarkin to enhance the capabilities of the Republic Military attracted support from some among the Reformists, and they worked with Tarkin to forge the Republic's Judicial Forces into a more effective fighting force.
