Skyways Flyer

Skyways Flyer was a company that produced Coruscant airspeeders prior to the Clone Wars. In 22 BBY, a speeder accident on Skylane T-534D was caused by a malfunctioning automated pubtrans flitter that went the wrong direction. Five speeder vehicles avoiding the flitter collided into an unmanned water silo, which was breached and flooded the apartments below. Lott Dod was one of the six accident victims and was rushed to a medical unit.

Twi'lek Senator Orn Free Taa joked on the Amberdawn morning show that Dod's probably going to file a lawsuit against Skyways Flyer for allegedly having a long history of anti-Neimoidian sentiment, but was later forced to make a public apology when Dod called Taa's remarks outrageous.
