Space Rescue Corps

The Space Rescue Corps, abbreviated to SRC, was a Galactic Republic organization active around the time of the Clone Wars against the Confederacy of Independent Systems. Responsible for answering distress calls, the organization was also tasked with undertaking searches for missing starships and space battle survivors. Also distinguishable by a red and black color scheme, the Space Rescue Corps counted some of the most skilled pilots, field medics, and mechanics within its ranks. Furthermore, the colors of the organization, which commonly made use of both the nimble Sprint-class rescue craft and disc-shaped Corellian rescue frigate, were a welcoming sight to distressed spacers.
