Stieg-Fan

The Stieg-Fan were the tribes living on the planet Stieg, which was located in the Calaron sector of the Outer Rim Territories. They were known of in the wider galaxy by 43 BBY, and were generally considered to be an irenic and sociable group with a stable government. However, on the planet Kegan, another world in the Calaron sector, the Stieg-Fan were part of a propaganda system implemented in the local school system designed to portray the wider galaxy as dangerous. As part of this effort, the Stieg-Fan were described as locked in constant warfare between tribes, with no provision for the rule of law.
