Talon Squad was one of four clone trooper squads that served within the Grand Army of the Republic's 2nd Platoon during the Clone Wars between the Galactic Republic and the Confederacy of Independent Systems.
The squad consisted of nine clone troopers, one of whom was a corporal who acted as the squad's second-in-command. Talon Squad was commanded by Green, who served as the squad's clone sergeant at the height of the Clone Wars.
